A meeting between Incona (Sweden) and Smartway Electronics(Patna) along with Exceldot (Sweden) was held in the Hotel Lemontree, Electronic city, Bangalore on 12th June 2023 and decided to work together. It was decided that a new company Incona Pvt. Ltd will be formed in India at Bangalore and office will be opened at Patna in the Smartway Premises. Dr. Bibhuti Bikramaditya will be Managing Director of the proposed new company. Incona.AB will be major investor. Incona Pvt. Ltd will be technical services and marketing company for the Incona.AB.
