Dr. Prashant Jha serve as the Fellowship Director of EurAsia’s oldest Medical Technology Innovation program housed at AIIMS, Delhi. SiB is a Department of Biotechnology funded program at All India Institute of Medical Sciences and Indian Institute of Technology Delhi that runs in partnership with Stanford niversity (California), Hiroshima and Tottori Universities (Japan) and Queensland University (Australia).

Sanjeev Sharma is the CEO and Co Founder at ExcelDots AB, a technology company, headquartered in Stockholm, Sweden. Sanjeev has been involved in applied research for end-to-end IOT, AI solutions for sustainability initiatives and working with some leading university and other partner companies to offer digital transformation in water sector. He has architected digital water platform ASMITAS, which is being used for improving groundwater safety.
Dr. Bhaskar Choubey
Dr. Bhaskar Choubey is Chair – Analogue Circuits and Image Sensors, Faculty IV, University of Siegen, Germany. His research interests span a broad spectrum of analogue and mixed signal CMOS Design, MEMS, Neurophysiology, Nonlinear dynamics as well as allied topics like information society, entrepreneurship and higher education. He is part of Electronics Design Centre in Glasgow University, wherein we are trying to design novel sensors for commercial, biological and ecological applications.

Ashok Mishra
With over 20 years of rich experience in technology and entrepreneurship, I support a wide range of companies—from startups to large enterprises—in their semiconductor journey, offering guidance on strategy, business models, and industry networks. I began my career at leading firms like Intel and Qualcomm, where I specialized in designing advanced cache memories for server CPUs, mobile processors, and microcontrollers. In 2013, after 14 years in corporate roles, I founded Si2chip Technologies, a semiconductor consulting company that was later acquired by the French multinational Alten in 2018. Most recently, at Jio Platforms, I explored semiconductor opportunities aligned with Reliance Industries’ broader strategy, spanning design to manufacturing. Deeply committed to advancing India’s fabless semiconductor ecosystem, I work closely with government and industry stakeholders. I currently serve on the board of the Indian Electronics and Semiconductor Association (IESA) and was a founding board member of the Semiconductor Fabless Accelerator Lab (SFAL).
