1. Eligibility for Refund or Return

• Products are eligible for return or replacement within 7 days of delivery, provided they are unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
• A valid purchase receipt or invoice is required for processing any return or refund request.
• Only products purchased directly from Smartway Electronics or our authorized distributors are eligible.

2. Non-Returnable/Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

• Products damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or unauthorized modifications.
• Consumables, accessories, or parts that show signs of wear and tear.
• Customized or specially manufactured hardware.
• Software, licenses, or downloadable items.

3. Warranty Coverage

• Hardware products carry a 6-month limited warranty from the date of purchase.
• Defective items covered under warranty may be repaired or replaced free of charge.
• Warranty claims do not automatically qualify for a refund unless repair or replacement is not possible.

4. Refund Process

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• Approved refunds will be processed and credited within 7–10 business days using the original payment method.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or defective item).
• Damaged deffective or replacement items will be redelivered within 7-10 Working days after the approval of refund.

5. Shipping & Return Costs

• Customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with returning a product, except in cases of defective or incorrectly shipped items.
• We recommend using a trackable shipping method for returns, as we cannot guarantee receipt without proof of delivery.
